Ready to take your food prep to the next level? Join in to try new recipes and explore food prep techniques. We'll practice making healthy ingredient choices and planning balanced meals, as well as kitchen safety, cleanliness, and organization. Don't eat a huge breakfast! Each day we'll prepare breakfast and a healthy snack or lunch, with a few desserts and treats in between, along with plenty of dishwashing!
