Join certified Yoga Teacher, Helene Danielson for yoga fun each week. Together we will explore mindfulness, breathing and physical movement. Benefits of a consistent yoga practice could include increased confidence, focus, coordination, self-awareness, balance and more. Bring a yoga mat if you have one - mats will be available to borrow if needed. Sign up for the session that fits your schedule or for both to continue your practice. See you on the mat!
