NOTE: No classes 10/1 & 10/22 -- Have FUN! Dance and burn calories! This class will give you cardio and muscle toning while you have fun dancing to various music genres taught by certified instructor. Bring water, towel and shoes that slide/swivel easily. First class will last 1.5 hrs.
