This workshop brings children to an environment of play and connection to learn about how to care for their bodies through nutrition, physical activity and play! The best part is our teachers HORSES, who will help guide parents and children on how to be healthy and fit as a horse all while having fun and connecting one-to-one together! A material fee is included in the class fee. Parents must stay on site and participate with your child. There is no physical contact in riding our horses. We will have specific activities in which parents and their children are physically interacting with our horses from the ground. All participants must sign our on-site waiver. Class is held at Rocking T Stables, Pierz, located 20 minutes from Brainerd Lakes Area.
