NOTE: Due to the snow days that teachers have to make up, the first week will be a bit different. From Monday, June 3 through Thursday June 6th, we will begin at 6 am and swim until 7:30 am. Dryland will run after. Again this is because your coaches have to report to work those days at 8 am. Friday, June 7th will be at the normal time.

This seven-week swimming program will combine pool workouts as well as dryland workouts created with the needs of swimmers in mind. It is open for boys and girls going into grade 9 through college age. Pool workouts will be an hour and a half every day. Dryland will follow Mon - Thr for an hour. Fridays will be swimming only. Class does NOT meet on July 1-5. Class begins on Tuesday, June 4.
